According to Bac Ninh Province’s 2025 socio-economic report, the local economy continues to grow rapidly, with many indicators among the leading group nationwide. The province is expected to complete 15,929 social housing apartments this year.

The report notes that Bac Ninh’s economy has maintained strong growth, with numerous targets ranking in the top tier across the country.

Specifically, Bac Ninh’s GRDP in 2025 is estimated to increase by 11.5%, exceeding the set target. The economic scale is projected to reach over VND 522,000 billion, ranking 5th nationwide; average per capita income is estimated at VND 5.75 million per month.

In 2025, Bac Ninh has drastically and punctually implemented its housing development progress in line with the Government’s Scheme on “Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income earners and industrial park workers in the 2021–2030 period.”

It is expected that by the end of 2025, the province will have completed 15,929 social housing apartments.

The programs “Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses” and “Social housing construction in 2025” have been basically completed as planned, helping people to settle down, feel secure in production and stabilize their lives. The material and spiritual well-being of ethnic minority communities continues to improve.

The province has implemented the renovation and upgrading of 300 km of rural roads, thereby raising the rate of paved rural roads to 89.2% province-wide; the proportion of urban transport land compared to urban construction land has reached over 25%.

Synchronous solutions have been deployed to address flooding and traffic congestion, focusing on key areas such as the provincial administrative center and major industrial zones.
