1. New Northwest Urban Area of Bac Ninh City (Vinhomes Hoa Long)
This project marks a strategic move by Vingroup in expanding its network of large satellite townships in the North.
- Total investment and scale:
The project has a massive total investment of more than VND 41,000 billion (around USD 1.58 billion), with a land area of about 268–277 hectares in Hoa Long Ward, Bac Ninh City. - Latest progress: Legal procedures and planning:
Vingroup is urgently completing legal procedures. The group is expected to finish preparing, appraising and approving the 1/500 detailed master plan and the project’s feasibility study report by May 2026. Groundbreaking:
The project received approval in principle for investment in early 2025 and Vingroup is now gearing up for implementation, with a groundbreaking ceremony expected to be held soon on a particularly significant occasion. Operation:
The project is expected to come into operation from 2032. - Amenities:
The project is planned as a modern “mega-urban area” with a fully synchronized system of amenities, including office space, commercial and service centers, a multi-level school system, international hospital, green parks and sports facilities.
2. Vinpearl Hotel Bac Ninh
This is the first 5-star hotel in Bac Ninh that meets international standards and is invested in and operated by a Vietnamese brand. It officially opened in July 2025 and is currently operating stably.
- Location:
Located right in the city center (Han Thuyen Street), the hotel is a landmark for accommodation and commercial services, with the Vincom shopping mall adjacent to it.
3. Other Projects
- The largest LNG project in the North:
A major LNG energy project by Vingroup has also become a national key project, demonstrating the group’s diversification of investment fields in the northern region, not limited only to real estate.
Bac Ninh Province is actively accelerating the progress of major projects, including those of Vingroup, to ensure timely implementation and effective operation.
